The FIRST Global Challenge is an international Olympic-style robotics competition that takes place in a different country each year. This is the 6th edition and the first event in Europe that will bring together future leaders in STEM: science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, in a collaborative competition to find solutions to the world’s biggest challenges.
A collaborative competition to protect our shared atmosphere
Capturing carbon! This is the challenge that 180 teams competing will have to face. Equipped with a kit of standard robotic items, the teams will create unique robots to compete and collaborate simultaneously within global alliances of six national teams.
The event will be open to the public, but no tickets will be available in advance.
The public will be able to watch the matches live and take a tour of the world in the team stand area, where each country has a stand. Admission to the event will be on a first come, first served basis. No tickets can be reserved.
