The Congress centre

We have a range of 29 conference rooms and 7 offices of various sizes. Flexible meeting spaces A, B and C altogether offers a capacity of 2,500 seated guests. It takes no more than 30 minutes to separate them. Two lobbies of 1,300 and 800 m2 can be used for special functions, coffee breaks, poster sessions or exhibitions.

Hall 3 has direct access to the congress centre and the main entrance hall. It consists of a central hall of 1,500 m2 and 9 conference rooms with a ceiling height of 4.5 metres, all equipped with audio-visual systems. Rooms VWX have 2 offices. The VWX and QRSTU rooms can be used individually or combined. Hall 3 can be opened to the QRSTU rooms to offer up to 2,225 m2. Rooms V, W and X can be used individually or in combination and have 2 desks. High-speed internet access is offered in all conference rooms.

A high speed internet connection is offered to all visitors and is available in the different conference rooms.

Rooms A, B, C

The rooms can be used independently or together, with a capacity of 2,500 plenary-style seats.

Rooms E, F, G, K, L

Rooms E, F, G, K, L are available in addition to rooms A, B and C, on the mezzanine level.

Rooms P to X

Rooms P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W and X can be used independently or in conjunction with the other areas.

Offices

7 offices are available, providing additional working space.

Alpha to Zeta rooms

12 conference rooms are connected to rooms E, F, G, K and L for joint use.
