Palexpo FAQ

General Information

Palexpo is Geneva’s international exhibition and convention centre. Palexpo hosts exhibitions, congresses, shows and sports competitions over an area of 106,000 m². We have hosted Davis Cup matches, the Laver Cup, the International Horse Show, as well as professional events such as Watches & Wonders Geneva, Vitafoods – the meeting place for European food industry professionals, INDEX – the nonwovens trade fair, or EPHJ – the watchmaking and microtechnology subcontracting trade fair. We even hosted a Papal mass in 2018.

Palexpo is accessible by car, train and public transport. Located a few minutes walk from Genève Aéroport and its train station and 15 minutes by bus from downtown Geneva. For more information, click here.

1,500 spaces are available for our visitors and exhibitors in the P12 parking lot, including spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. If you come by electric car, there are four quick charging stations* (20kW) installed on level -1 of the P12.

The “programme” tab of our website lets you navigate between the different events and discover each of their dates.

The entire Palexpo site is accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to the presence of ramps and elevators. For more information, you can consult the plan here.

Please send your requests to the contact person mentioned in the description of each event in the Agenda section of the site. 

Visitors

Contact us at +41 (0)22 761 11 11; we will tell you if we have found your lost item. Two weeks after an event, all lost and found items will be forwarded to the Geneva lost and found office.

It depends on the event. You should consult the practical information section of the event’s website to verify this.

No, animals are not allowed.

Assistance dogs are permitted. They must be properly identified as such, and the owner must present the corresponding official documents.

Yes, there is an ATM near the entrance to Halls 1 and 2 near the bus stop.

Media

Yes, you need to be accredited to participate in events organised by Palexpo. Accreditation is usually done online on the event’s website. Accreditation procedures are different for each event.
