Offices

7 offices are available in the convention center. Office 0 adjacent to rooms A/B/C, office 1 to 4 nearby the entrance and offices 5 and 6 adjacent to rooms E/F/G/K/L.

Rental includes room furnishings, tables, chairs, wastepaper baskets; free WiFi; daily cleaning of the rooms. Depending on your needs, telephone, fax, photocopier, internet and audio equipment can be offered.

2 secretariats are available in the main entrance hall for additional workspaces as well as 2 foyers of 800m2 and 1,350m2 that can be used for cocktails, receptions, or exhibitions.
