The Steering, Architecture and Design department will draw up all the plans needed to stage your event, ensuring that all available space is being used in the best possible way. This key stage is necessary for coordination between the various departments at Palexpo and makes sure everyone is clear about the relevant expectations and responsibilities.
Drawing up plans plays a central role in the success of an event. It allows for:
• efficient and custom use of the available space,
• smooth communication between teams,
• improved safety for participants, and
• flexibility in layout options to meet the specific requirements of customers and exhibitors.
