The Congress centre
We have a range of 8 conference rooms and 7 offices of various sizes. Flexible meeting spaces A, B and C altogether offers a capacity of 2,500 seated guests. It takes no more than 30 minutes to separate them. Two lobbies of 1’300 and 800 m2 can be used for special functions, coffee breaks, poster sessions or exhibitions.
Hall 3 has direct access to the congress centre and the main entrance hall.
It consists of a central hall of 1,500 m2 and 9 conference rooms with a ceiling height of 4.5 metres, all equipped with audio-visual systems. Rooms VWX have 2 offices. The VWX and QRSTU rooms can be used individually or combined. Hall 3 can be opened to the QRSTU rooms to offer up to 2225m2. Rooms V, W and X can be used individually or in combination and have 2 desks. High-speed internet access is offered in all conference rooms.
A high speed internet connection is offered to all visitors and is available in the different conference rooms.
That can be used independently or altogether offering flexible spaces.
Located on the mezzanine, rooms E/F/G/k/L are available.
Hall 3 with its PQRSTU and VWX rooms are connected to the convention centre.
Offices and secretariats provide additional work spaces.
CONGRESS CENTRE12 NEW ROOMS AVAILABLE
This new 1,600 m² multi-purpose space features 12 new conference rooms welcoming 20 to 300 people, as well as a modular space ranging from 210 to 540 m². Ideally located, these 12 new rooms can be accessed from Palexpo’s main corridor or from the adjacent congress centre. This will bring the total number of rooms and offices to 50.
This project was placed in the hands of Carouge-based architects Comte, Berthelot et Neto, highlighting modern, bright spaces. Palexpo’s sustainability and environmental commitments were integrated into every phase of the project, from its design to its construction.
